The heavy duty radiant heat burners ensure a rapid heat up and an even spread of heat across the wide grill surface. With 4 burners, you can control heat each side during the busier or quieter times. The griddle is incredibly easy to use, clean and maintain. Comes supplied as natural gas with LPG jets to convert to LPG if required (must be converted by qualified catering gas engineer) Fitted with drip tray and feet. The radiants are removeable to easily access areas that need cleaning after use. Supplied with govener.
