Powerful and reliable, the Quantum CE 4 burner griddle features a generously sized cooking area perfect for all your cooking requirements. The heavy duty burners ensure a rapid heat up and an even spread of heat across the wide griddle surface. With four burners, you can control heat each side during the busier or quieter times. The griddle is incredibly easy to use, clean and maintain. Comes supplied as natural gas with LPG jets to convert to LPG if required (must be converted by qualified catering gas engineer) Fitted with drip tray and feet. The griddle top is removeable to easily access areas that need cleaning. Supplied with govener. Griddle thickness is approx 10mm.
